The City of Spokane, through its Department of Engineering Services (hereinafter “City”) is seeking solicit statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing transportation planning services, preliminary engineering, surveying, geotechnical engineering, environmental analysis, structural engineering, traffic engineering, final design and construction phase support for the Fish Lake Trail Connection to Centennial Trail Phase 1.
