The City of Spokane, through its Department of Engineering Services (hereinafter “City”) is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Proposals from Firms with expertise in bridge pier/abutment scour mitigation for a project at the City’s Chestnut Street Bridge (200’ south of Chestnut & 17th, bridge over Latah/Hangman Creek).
